Can't call it home yet

Ok so I went by tonight and all the flooring is done, doorknobs are on, cabinets are in, bathroom accesories are in, heater vents in. So looks like they still have the driveway and porch concrete to do, countertops, rain gutters, shelving in closets, probably a slew of things to do still but it won't be much longer now. We still need to get "officially" approved still, so if everything goes well as we are hoping we will have our first very own place to call home. Wish us luck!

So our house is coming along. This isnt how it looks currently. I am going over to the house today and will take some more pictures and update my blog. They are saying we should be closing around March 9th to 11th some where around there. I am so excited to move. We have been de-junking and still de-junking. Now we just need to de-junk some more. We met our neighbors the other day. They are our age and have 3 kids, 2 of them are Camron and Tyler's age, both boys. The other is a girl just 2 or 3 years old. It will be so nice having neighbors that are our age who we can relate to. Right now we just have neighbors who keep to themselves and are really old. It seems every time we go to church they announce someome passed away. Or in relief society the main topic of conversation is hip replacements and surgery on random body parts. I know one day I will be in there shoes. As for now though I'm not. So hopefully I will make some great friends and make some good memories in this new direction we are heading. I can't wait to start this new Chapter in my life, and raise my kids where they can grow and make new friends. Looking at the kitchen

David is climbing on the scaffolding to see if they caulked the stacks up on the roof. They did.
