We just got back from camping, we had a lot of fun with Robert and Connie's family, and Sarah and William's family. We ended up camping in one of those canyons that we are close to, the campsite is called Redman. There were a lot of mosquito's so we constantly put on the bug repellent, which made us think that it worked, but ended up getting bit anyways. David bought a bug zapper, which looks like a tennis racket and loved killing any bugs that came his way, as did the kids. We chilled, we ate, we hiked, we slept, we laughed, and had a good time in the wilderness. Although Saturday night/Sunday morning, I didnt get any sleep because of the loud noise the rain was making on the tent. I tried singing songs in my head, thinking about dreaming, anything to get to sleep. But then I started to worry that the tent was going to leak, so about 5 am William woke up and said the the rain was dripping on him and we could see the water running down inside the tend and seeping through the seams. So we decided to pack up things and abandon tent. When we finally got home, we all showered and finally got some much needed sleep.Enjoy our outdoor pics.
